BEYOND WEARABLES.
BEYOND CHAOS.
The most sophisticated benchmarking engine in youth football requires nothing more than a camera and the will to be measured.
The Benchmarking Engine
STRUCTURED MEASUREMENT APPLIED TO STRUCTURED EXECUTION.
BallerIndex does not rely on sensors, wearables, or specialist infrastructure. Using advanced optical motion intelligence, the system evaluates drill performance from standard video capture — extracting precise, repeatable data on movement quality without the friction of hardware dependency.
What it measures is not raw athleticism. It measures the quality of execution: centre-of-mass control, directional stability under pressure, tempo rhythm, and precision consistency across repeated attempts. The engine does not guess. It does not interpret. It measures.
How It Works
THE FIVE-STEP PROCESS
Players and academies choose from a structured library of benchmark drills — each designed to isolate a specific dimension of technical execution in a controlled, repeatable environment. Choose your drill. Understand what it measures. Prepare to be evaluated on execution, not effort.
Video is uploaded directly to the BallerIndex platform. No specialist equipment required — a standard smartphone camera is sufficient. Angle, distance, and framing are specified in advance so every submission enters the system ready to be assessed.
The optical motion intelligence engine processes submitted footage frame by frame — tracking movement patterns, measuring stability, assessing tempo rhythm, and quantifying execution precision. The same execution receives the same score, regardless of who submitted it or where they are in the world.
Every player receives a structured Performance Report — a clear breakdown across each measured dimension. Where performance is strong, the report confirms it. Where development is required, it identifies the specific dimension and provides targeted guidance. Every report is a roadmap, not just a result.
A single, unified number: your BallerIndex Score. A composite evaluation of how your execution performed across Stability, Tempo, Precision, and Control. Scores can be improved. Drills can be retaken. This is not a rating. It is a record.
Inside the Engine
THE ANALYSIS PIPELINE
The engine maps every key joint and body segment across the full sequence — building a precise movement model frame by frame.
Centre-of-mass deviation is tracked across every directional change — calculating how stable the player remains under pressure.
Transition timing is measured across every repetition — identifying whether tempo is consistent, accelerating, or degrading.
Execution accuracy is scored at every critical point — quantifying how precisely movement matches the defined benchmark standard.
Every calculation feeds into your BallerIndex Report and updates your BallerCard™ — your verified technical identity, built session by session.
Designed for Scale
THE STANDARD DOES NOT CHANGE. THE INFRASTRUCTURE REQUIREMENT DOES NOT INCREASE.
BallerIndex is architected for scale — operable in elite academies and grassroots environments alike, without modification or additional cost. The same benchmarking engine that serves a Premier League development centre can serve a player filming in their back garden.
